The FSA2567 is a bidirectional, low-power, dual-pole, double-throw (4PDT) analog switch for dual-SIM multiplexing. It is suitable for switching WLAN-SIM data and control signals, and one channel is dedicated to power switching. The FSA2567 is SIM card compliant and has a low on-capacitance (CON) of 10pF to ensure high-speed data transmission. The VSIM switch path features low RON to ensure minimal voltage drop in the dual SIM power path. The FSA2567 contains special circuitry to minimize current consumption when the control voltage applied to the SEL pin is lower than the supply voltage (VCC). This feature is especially useful in ultra-mobile applications such as cellular phones; it provides direct interface to the general-purpose I/O of the baseband processor. Other applications include switching and interface sharing in mobile cellular phones, PDAs, digital cameras, printers and notebook computers.
