NSVR201MX is an RF Schottky diode barrier diode with X2DFN2 encapsulation. The device is suitable for high frequency mixer applications. Low forward voltage and low capacitance allow operation at high frequencies including submillimeter waveforms. Target applications are collision detection radar and Doppler radar. The size of the X2DFN2 encapsulation is 1.0x0.6x0.4mm. This is the smallest size on the market. It helps to reduce PCB board size. AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable for automotive applications.

This center-tapped MBR Schottky diode is suitable for auxiliary rectification and freewheeling applications in high-efficiency DC-DC converters, featuring very low forward voltage drop and low leakage current.
