The axis-line Schottky rectifier uses the Schottky barrier principle and adopts large-area metal-silicon power diodes. Advanced geometries employ oxide passivation and epitaxial structures with metal-covered contacts. It is ideal for use in low voltage high frequency inverters, freewheeling diodes and polarity protection diodes.
