The NL7SZ19 is a 1:2 decoder. When output enable (EB) is low, the device passes data at input A to outputs Y0 (true) and Y1 (complementary). The NL7SZ19 can also be used as a 1:2 signal splitter. As a demultiplexer, data at input EB is routed to Y0 or Y1, depending on the state of A. The device operates from 1.65 V to 5.5 V. The device is fabricated using sub-micron CMOS, which enables high speed and fast decode times. When the supply voltage is off, both input and output are in a high-impedance state. Both inputs are tolerant to 5.5 V regardless of operating voltage. This device is suitable for low power decoding in various applications.

The MC14504B is a six-way non-inverting level shifter using CMOS process. The level shifter converts TTL signals to CMOS logic levels for any CMOS supply voltage between 5 and 15 V. The control input also allows interfacing from CMOS at one logic level to CMOS at another logic level: Up or down level translation will be achieved by selecting the supply levels VDD and VCC. The VCC level sets the input signal level, while VDD selects the output voltage level.
