The MM74HC132 uses an advanced silicon-gate CMOS process to achieve low power consumption and high noise immunity of standard CMOS and is capable of driving 10 LS-TTL loads. The 74HC logic family is functionally and pin-out compatible with the standard 74LS logic family. All inputs are protected against damage due to electrostatic charge by internal diodes clamped to VCC and ground.
