The NC7WP02 is a dual 2-input NOR gate, part of ON Semiconductor's TinyLogic Ultra Low Power (ULP) family. Suitable for applications where battery life is critical, this product features ultra-low power consumption over a VCC operating range of 0.9V to 3.6V. The internal circuitry consists of a minimal buffer stage, including output buffers, for ultra-low static and dynamic power consumption. The NC7WP02 is dedicated to optimize power consumption and speed, using an advanced CMOS process to achieve high-speed operation while maintaining extremely low power consumption of CMOS.
