The LCX125 contains four independent non-inverting buffers with 3-state outputs. The input is tolerant up to 7V, allowing 5V systems to interface with 3V systems. The 74LCX125 uses an advanced CMOS process to achieve high-speed operation while maintaining the low power consumption of CMOS.
