The NC7S08 is a high performance single 2-input CMOS AND gate. Advanced silicon-gate CMOS fabrication process ensures high-speed, low-power circuit operation over a wide range of VCC. ESD protection diodes are built-in to protect the VCC and GND rails of the input and output. Three stages of gain between input and output ensure high noise immunity and reduce sensitivity to input edge rates.
