The 74AUP1G95 is a general-purpose configurable 2-input logic gate with open-drain providing a high-performance and low-power solution for battery-operated portable applications. This product has a wide low voltage operating range (0.8V to 3.6V) and guarantees very low static and dynamic power consumption over the entire voltage range. Hysteresis is implemented on all inputs for slower transitioning input signals and better switching noise immunity. The 74AUP1G95 has multiple configurations with three inputs and thus provides a variety of functions. Possible logic functions available are AND, NAND, OR, NOR and XNOR as well as inverter and buffer functions.

The NC7SZ27 is a single 3-input NOR gate from ON Semiconductor's TinyLogic Ultra High Speed family. The device is fabricated using advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultra-high speed and high output drive while maintaining low static power consumption over a very wide VCC operating range. The device is specified to operate from a VCC range of 1.65 to 5.5V. Input and output are high impedance when VCC is 0V. Input voltage tolerance up to 5.5V is independent of VCC operating voltage.
