The NC7SZ86 is a two-input OR dedicated single gate belonging to ON Semiconductor's TinyLogic Ultra-Speed ​​family. The device is fabricated using advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultra-high speed and high output drive while maintaining low static power consumption over a very wide VCC operating range. The device is specified to operate from a VCC operating range of 1.65 to 5.5V. Input and output are high impedance when VCC is 0V. Input voltage tolerance up to 6V is independent of VCC operating voltage.
