The MC74VHC1G50 is an advanced high-speed CMOS buffer fabricated on a silicon-gate CMOS process. It achieves high-speed operation similar to an equivalent bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining CMOS low power consumption. This internal circuit consists of three stages, including a buffered output that provides high noise immunity and stable output. The MC74VHC1G50 input structure provides protection when voltages up to 5.5V are applied regardless of the supply voltage. This allows the MC74VHC1G50 to be used as an interface to 5V to 3V circuits.

The VHCT245A is an advanced high-speed CMOS octal bus transceiver fabricated on a silicon-gate CMOS process. It achieves high operating speeds similar to equivalent bipolar Schottky TTLs while maintaining CMOS low power consumption. VHCT245A is suitable for bidirectional asynchronous communication between data buses. The direction of data transmission is determined by the T/R input level. An enable input can be used to disable the device, effectively isolating the bus. Protection circuitry ensures that 0V to 7V is applied to the input and output (Note 1) pins regardless of the supply voltage. These circuits prevent device damage due to mismatched supply and input/output voltages. The device can be used as an interface between 5V and 3V systems as well as two power systems such as battery backup.

The NB3L8504S is a differential 1:4 LVDS fanout buffer/converter with OE control for each differential output. Differential inputs driven by differential or single-ended inputs accept different logic level standards such as LVPECL, LVDS, HSTL, HCSL, and SSTL. These signals are then converted to four identical LVDS copies of the input, up to 700 MHz. Therefore, the NB3L8504S is suitable for applications requiring low-skew clock distribution.
