The NL17SZ16 MiniGate is a single buffer operating from 1.65-5.5 V using the popular SC70/SC88a/SOT-353 encapsulation and the tiny 1.6 X 1.6 X .6 mm SOT553 encapsulation.

The high-performance silicon-gate CMOS MC74HC541A has the same pin-out as the LS541. The device inputs are compatible with standard CMOS outputs. An external pull-up resistor makes it compatible with LSTTL output. The HC541A is an octal non-inverting buffer/line driver/line receiver for 3-state memory address drivers, clock drivers, and other bus-oriented systems. The device's input and output are on opposite sides of the encapsulation and has two AND active-low outputs enabled. The HC541A is functionally similar to the HC540A which has an inverting output.
