The NC7SV126 is a single buffer with 3-state output, part of ON Semiconductor's TinyLogic Ultra Low Power (ULP-A) family. ULP-A is suitable for applications requiring very high speed, high drive and low power consumption. This product is suitable for a wide low voltage operating range (0.9V to 3.6V VCC) and applications requiring more drives and higher speed than the TinyLogic ULP series, yet still provides best-in-class low-power operation. Uniquely designed for optimized power consumption and speed, the NC7SV126 is fabricated on an advanced CMOS process, enabling high-speed operation while maintaining low CMOS power consumption.
