The D2596HV series regulator is a high-voltage monolithic integrated circuit that can provide various functions of a step-down (buck) switching regulator, can drive a 3A load, and has good linearity and load regulation capabilities. Fixed output voltages of 3.3V, 5V, 12V and ADJ output models are available. These regulators include a frequency compensator and a 150kHz fixed frequency oscillator internally, requiring few external components and are easy to use. Also includes an external shutdown control terminal with 50µA typical standby current. This output is ADJ adjustable version.
