The NCP81155 is a high-performance dual MOSFET gate driver in a small 3 mm x 3 mm encapsulation optimized to drive high-side and low-side power MOSFETs in buck or buck-boost applications. The VCC UVLO ensures that the MOSFET is turned off when the supply voltage is low. When a UVLO fault is detected, a bidirectional enable pin provides a fault signal to the controller.
