Dual Output LDO / Dual Output Regulator

The NCP81258 is a high-performance dual MOSFET gate driver in a small 2 mm x 2 mm encapsulation optimized to drive high-side and low-side power MOSFETs in synchronous buck converters. The zero-current detection function enables a highly energy-efficient solution, even at light loads. The VCC UVLO ensures that the MOSFET is turned off when the supply voltage is low. When a UVLO fault is detected, a bidirectional enable pin provides a fault signal to the controller.
