The FAN7888 is a monolithic three-phase half-bridge gate driver integrated circuit for high-voltage, high-speed driving MOSFETs and IGBTs operating up to +200 V. ON Semiconductor's high-voltage process and common-mode interference suppression technology provide stable operation of the high-side driver under high dv/dt interference conditions. Advanced level shifting circuitry provides high side gate driver operation up to VS=-9.8 V (typ) for VBS=15 V. The output driver will typically source/sink 250mA/500mA respectively and is suitable for three-phase half-bridge applications in motor drive systems.
