The LVT2244 and LVTH2244 are octal buffers and line drivers designed for use as memory address drivers, clock drivers, and bus-based transmitters or receivers that increase printed circuit board density. An equivalent 25ohm series resistor is used to reduce output overshoot and undershoot. The LVTH2244 data input features a bus-hold feature that eliminates the need for external pull-up resistors to hold unused inputs.
