The MC74VHC1GT32 is an advanced high-speed CMOS 2-input OR gate fabricated in a silicon-gate CMOS process. It achieves high-speed operation similar to an equivalent bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining CMOS low power consumption. This internal circuit consists of three stages including a buffer output that provides high noise immunity and stable output. The device inputs are compatible with TTL type input thresholds and the outputs have full 5 V CMOS level output swings. The input protection circuitry on this device allows for overvoltage tolerance on the inputs allowing this device to be used as a logic level translator from 3.0 V CMOS logic to 5.0 V CMOS logic or from 1.8 V CMOS logic to 3.0 V CMOS logic with high Operates under voltage power supply.
