NCS2250 low voltage comparator with fast response time and rail-to-rail inputs and outputs. The wide common-mode input voltage range allows 200 mV input signals above and below the rail and supports ground or supply voltage detection. With a 50 ns propagation delay and 100 mV overdrive, this comparator is suitable for applications requiring fast response times. These single-channel devices are available with a complementary push-pull output in the NCS2250 with SOT23-5 and SC70-5 encapsulation, and automotive-compliant devices, denoted by the prefix NCV, are also available.
