The LVT16373 and LVTH16373 contain sixteen non-inverting latches with 3-state outputs for bus-oriented applications. The device is byte controlled. When the latch enable (LE) is high, the flip-flop is transparent to the data. When LE is low, the data meeting the setup time will be latched. When output enable (OE#) is low, data is presented on the bus. When OE# is high, the output is in a high impedance state.
