The VHC541 is an advanced high-speed CMOS device fabricated in a silicon-gate CMOS process. It achieves high-speed operation similar to an equivalent bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining CMOS low power consumption. The VHC541 is an octal buffer/line driver that can be used as a memory and address driver, clock driver, and bus-oriented transmitter/receiver. This device is similar in function to the VHC244, while also offering a flow-through architecture (input on opposite side of output). This pin-out arrangement makes the device ideal for use as an output port of a microprocessor, which simplifies layout and enables better PC motherboard density. An input protection circuit ensures that 0V to 7V is applied to the input pins regardless of the supply voltage. This device can be used to interface 5V systems with 3V systems and both power systems, such as battery backup. This circuit prevents damage to the device due to mismatched supply and input voltages.

MM74HCT573 Octal D-type Latch and MM74HCT574 Octal D-type Flip-Flop are manufactured with advanced silicon gate CMOS technology, which has the inherent advantages of low power consumption and wide power supply range, and has LS-TTL input and output characteristics, and realizes pin output compatible. The 3-state outputs can drive 15 LS-TTL loads. All inputs are protected from electrostatic discharge damage by internal diodes to VCC and ground. When the MM74HCT573 latch enable input is high, the Q output will follow the D input. When Latch Enable goes low, the data at the D input remains at the output until Latch Enable goes high again. When a high logic level is applied to the output control input, all outputs go into a high impedance state, regardless of what signals are present at the other inputs and the state of the storage element. The MM74HCT574 is a rising edge triggered flip-flop. Data on the D input that meets setup and hold time requirements is transferred to the Q output on a positive-going transition of the clock (CK) input. When a high logic level is applied to the output control (OC) input, all outputs go into a high-impedance state, regardless of the signals present at the other inputs and the state of the storage elements. The MM74HCT device is suitable for interfacing between TTL and NMOS components and standard CMOS devices. These parts are also plug-in replacements for LS-TTL devices and can be used to reduce power consumption in existing designs.

The AC/ACT245 contains eight non-inverting bidirectional buffers with 3-state outputs for bus-oriented applications. The sinking current capability of both A terminal and B terminal is 24 mA.
