The FOD0721/0720/0710 series utilizes ON Semiconductor's patented coplanar encapsulation technology Optoplanar and optimized IC design to achieve a minimum common-mode interference rejection (CMR) level of 20 kV/μs. These high-speed logic gate optocouplers consist of a high-speed AlGaAs LED driven by a CMOS IC coupled to a CMOS detector IC that includes an integrated photodiode, high-speed transimpedance amplifier, and voltage comparator with output driver . The 6N135M, 6N136M, HCPL4503M, HCPL2530M, and HCPL2531M optocouplers consist of an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to a high-speed phototransistor.
