Optocoupler/LED/nixie tube/photoelectric device

The FODM301X, FODM302X and FODM305X series consist of a GaAs IR LED driving a silicon bidirectional switch in a compact 4-pin miniature flat encapsulation. Lead spacing is 2.54mm. They are suitable for use as an interface between electronic controls and power triacs to control resistive and inductive loads operating at 115V/240V.

The FOD8383 is a 2.5 A output current gate drive optocoupler for driving medium power IGBT/MOSFET. It is ideal for fast switching driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs used in motor control variable frequency applications as well as high performance power systems.
