Optocoupler/LED/nixie tube/photoelectric device

The FODM121 series, FODM124 and FODM2701 include a Gallium Arsenide Infrared Emitting Diode driving a phototransistor within a compact 4-pin micro-flat encapsulation. Lead spacing is 2.54 mm. The FODM2705 consists of two GaAs IR LEDs connected in anti-parallel for AC operation.
