RTC clock synchronization buffer driver delay chip

The NB3M8304C is a 1:4 fan-out buffer with LVCMOS/LVTTL input and output. The device supports a core supply voltage of 3.3 V (VDD pin) and an output supply voltage of 2.5 V or 3.3 V (VDDO pin). The VDDO pin powers four single-ended LVCMOS/LVTTL outputs. The NB3M8304C is form, fit and function (pin-to-pin) compatible with the ICS8304 (ICS8304AM). The NB3M8304C is available in commercial and industrial operating temperature ranges.
