The NCD5703 series is a group of high current, high performance stand-alone IGBT drivers for medium to high power applications including induction heating, welding, solar inverters, motor control, and uninterruptible power supplies. The device eliminates many external components, providing a cost-effective solution. Device protection features are active Miller clamp (for NCD5703A), accurate UVLO, DESAT protection and active low fault output. The drivers also feature accurate 5.0 V outputs (all versions) and separate high and low (VOH and VOL) ​​driver outputs (NCD5703C only) for easy system design. These drivers can operate with a wide range of unipolar bias supply voltages (or bipolar bias supplies for the NCD5703B). All versions feature 8-pin SOIC encapsulation.
